XY series modified starch

1. XY series modified starch is a variety of modified starch produced through physical and chemical denaturation using corn starch as the main raw material.

2. Fast dissolution rate, stable viscosity of the slurry, good adhesion, strong adhesion, good coverage and permeability, and strong mold resistance.

3. Sized yarn has good elasticity, flexibility, wear resistance, and smoothness, making it particularly suitable for adjusting weaving machines.

4. The slurry has no foam, no scaling, less slurry spots, less dry split resistance, less inverted broken ends, and high good axial ratio.

5. The pulp film is intact, with less pulp falling, high reinforcement rate, strong adaptability to moisture and temperature, clear opening of the fabric machine, and high weaving efficiency.

Physical and chemical properties

Appearance: White or slightly yellow powder

Viscosity: 6-25mpa. s (6% 95 ℃ 1h)

Viscosity stability ------- ≥ 85% (6% 95 ℃ 3h)

PH value: 6.5~8

Moisture content --------------- ≤ 14%

slurry mixing

Mix the slurry under normal pressure, soak it in cold water, stir for 20 minutes, heat it to 95 ℃, and let it sit for 20 minutes to complete.

Scope of Application

Suitable for sizing various pure cotton and blended yarns such as polyester cotton, pure cotton, polyester viscose, and adhesive. The sizing rate is 6% -14%, with multiple types, yarn counts, densities, and organizational structures, as well as loom specifications and speeds. Choose appropriate viscosity specifications and sizing or mix with PVA for use.

Packaging and storage

Peritoneal plastic woven bag packaging, 25Kg ± 0.1Kg/bag, stored in a ventilated and dry place.
