Instructions for Use
1. Coating adhesive is used for surface coating processing in papermaking.
2. The dosage is generally 8-10% of the pigment or depends on the specific situation of each manufacturer.
3. Paste preparation: Add the starch to cold water at a certain concentration, stir evenly, heat up to above 90 ℃, and keep at 90-95 ℃ for about 20 minutes. Dilute and adjust to the desired paste concentration.
4. Suitable for air knife or scraper coating.
Packaging and storage
Coated plastic woven bags, 25kg/bag or ton/bag, stored in a ventilated, dry, and clean warehouse.
