Product Features

1. Compared with traditional processes (corn starch with viscosity reducer), this product can solve the problems of peak viscosity reduction and high viscosity in traditional processes. During use, no viscosity reducers, aluminum sulfate, or surface adhesives are added, saving not only raw material costs but also labor, electricity, and other costs.

2. The paste has good fluidity, flexible film formation, good permeability, strong adhesion, and high compatibility with other additives.

3. This product can improve the ring compression strength and water absorption value of paper.

4. Suitable for varieties such as high-strength corrugated paper, box board paper, and yarn tube paper.

Instructions for Use

1. Add clean water to the gelatinization tank and start stirring. Add the product according to the dosage (reference dosage 8-12%), slowly heat it up to 95 ℃ with steam, keep it warm for 10-15 minutes, and then transfer it to the storage tank for later use.

2. Due to the different water quality used by customers, foam may appear during use, which has little impact on the product effect. High temperature resistant polyether defoamer can be selected if necessary.

3. Due to starch cross-linking and granule bridging, this product may have clumping or slightly high sensory moisture, which is a normal reaction situation. It dissolves in water without affecting the effectiveness of use and can be used with confidence.

Packaging and storage

Coated plastic woven bags, 25kg/bag or 40kg/bag or ton/bag, stored in a ventilated, dry, and clean warehouse.
